Apple's New Toys
Today is a dream come true for most Apple/Mac enthusiasts who couldn’t afford to own any Apple products because of the high price. Affordable Mac and iPod!
Steve Jobs just announced 3 Apple products:
- Mac mini, a stripped down lower cost Mac. Go get it if you want to own a Mac but always complained about the price. Now it’s the time to own a Mac!
- iPod Shuffle, don’t have enough money to buy an iPod mini? Get iPod Shuffle instead! Available with two flavors: 512MB and 1GB.
- iWork. Say goodbye to crappy Microsoft Office. ‘nuff said!
Yes! Finally.
Note: I am not getting any payment from Apple by writing this entry. I am just as excited as any Apple geeks out there. I would get rich if Apple paid me to do their advertising. At least I know more than 10 people that bought Apple products because of my… ehm, persuasion

Mac mininya lucu banget. So very very cute. And affordable. I’m definitely getting one. My home Windoze PC is broken, too, so it’s about time to change computers. I’m gonna influence my family (my dad sometime use the home computer to browse) to embrace the inevitable machood. One problem though, my dad will probably be confused by the interface initially, and I will have to patiently teach him.
haha, yup boy. the first thing in the morning waktu gue bangun adalah sms dari temen diluar negeri yang isinya “What’s? $499 Mac? Isn’t that one of your brilliant ideas to Steve Jobs? :D, shouldn’t you got commision for this?”…. I can only smile and say “Yup. STOLEN”. :D
PC still rules.

Novi: of course! most people are microsoft borg drones anyway. mac people are just different, still drones with cool drones.
dendy: baru launching tanggal 22 Januari pak, paling jadi sekitar 6-7jtan di Indonesia.
Once you become a Macintoshian, you cannot even puff any smell of Microsoft! I, too, am glad for those three Mac items you outlined.. I’m so excited that Mac gets more egalitarian. Sekali Mac tetap Mac! (barusan aja aku singgah, krn ada link dari blog-nya Rani)

So, what’s wrong with the clueless people coming in? The idea that they want to know more or start to use Mac is actually a good thing. You, Mac people, don’t think that the Mac users is kinda a special circle that keep standards for the newbies, do you? If yes…, Pliss dong ah!
yeah.. right-o for Ayu. I personally don’t mind if millions of clueless people coming in to the Mac world. Come, come, how clueless you are…. you’re welcome in the Mac world! The world that’s free from Gates’ repressive domination!
ayu: nothing is basically wrong, in fact. only a little bit of ‘historical trauma’ because of what internet is now become.
email use to be a great mean of communication until… clueless people storming in and try to sell stuff and suddenly we ‘spams’ is becoming a common thing. that’s not good.
mer: of course I am as enthusiats as any Mac geeks out there about this mac mini. I am just… well, you know =) That’s the ‘geeky thing’. He he.

akhirnya steve jobs peduli kepada orang2 yang gak mampu seperti gue ini… heheheh… mac mini memberikan secercah haapan buat gue untuk punya mac… yesss!!!
