Mozilla Firebird 0.6 (Glendale) was released 2 days ago. Shame on me for not knowing this earlier.
If you want a light but powerful browser and of course, supporting standard use Firebird (previously known as Phoenix). It's Mozilla-based, what more could you ask?
And this website is looking great with that browser!
