today is one of the most busy day in my life...


started at 3.45 at jakarta, i woke up and get ready to go to bandung (again)... 4.15 picked up by taxi and went straight to train station... *ugh*, dropped my wallet at the taxi... call that taxi's company and wait around 30 minutes until the taxi returned and gave me back my wallet... (never forgot that driver's bad attitude... i kinda like to punch him on the nose...).


buy 5.30 train's ticket... the train came late around 5.45 and departed at 6.00... *damn* why this train *always* late? maybe because it's the only train from jakarta to bandung? i don't know... but it kinda suck, wasn't it?


arrived around 9.00 and get my car at the rental parking lot on the station. went straight to my friend's place to borrow her computer. have a chat and back to my place around 11.00...


working on my paper until 15.00 and fall asleep... my girl came at around 16.00 and we both going out for lunch... yeah, lunch at 16.00... great wasn't it?


after having lunch and nowhere to go, i just drove around the city until we passed the cinema... well, movies seems like a nice timeout right now.. so 'rush hour 2' it was...


finish around 20.00 and drove my girl back to her place... get back to my place, and here i am writing this at the internet cafe in front of my place...


i need rest.... =) goodnight everybody...

i arrived at bandung at 01.00 today... bandung still a great city... except today is a very hot day... my, it feels as hot as jakarta! but despite of all that, today is a great day... spent some times with my girl and some friends, picked my mom at train station at night... now here i am, writing this... nothing much happening right now, only some of this and some of that... the usual stuff, nothing more. well, the american things still a big conversation here, especially about the negative sentiment to the arabs and moslem people... c'mon american, grow / Read more …

well, not *in* here... but on my main website. i know... i know, i spent a lot of time complaining and yapping about flash but this is something i always want to do... as i said i always love flash, especially if they are fast and well built. so i tried to made one and put it on the main website because actually there is nothing there... so, what about a little bit of animation? anyway, tell me what you think about it. is the page working okay? or too slow? too heavy? just drown me with suggestion. until then, / Read more …

just watched pasir berbisik (whispering sands) with my girl and some of my friends. great movie, well... cinematically speaking... (kinda remind me of ang lee's 'crouching tiger, hidden dragon') the idea is great but maybe a little bit confusing for some common people. one thing i keep complaining is one of the main character dian sastrowardoyo is too darn pretty (read: well preserved) for playing as a poor villager girl... =). yeah, that's right... honest! well, that's all about it.. watch it your self and decide it, like it or not... your call, but i recommended you watch this movie / Read more …

i am a game addict... i love playing game especially rpg and fps (translation: rpg = role playing game; fps = first person shooter). internet give me more of that enjoyment, the joy of online gaming! i used to play diablo and quake II around 1996 - 1998 and still remember it just like yesterday. today i play nexia and kurusetra. hmm, i want to play quake 3 arena or counter-strike but to my regret... i don't have the right 3d acc. card!!! *damn*... well, i guest my desire to play more online game will have to wait. do you / Read more …

i don't if this just happened to me or happened to everybody within my isp. the connection just *suck* for crying out loud... all connection to outside indonesia just lagged very bad... even to famous website like zdnet, it just timed out... *sigh* if tomorrow thing is not improved, i think i will yell... er... contact the technical support... damn it... =( / Read more …

just waste my entire day tweaking my cable connection... well, i don't know exactly what i am doing but i think my connection is a *little* bit better after tweaking process... it still not good enough tho... the connection still unstable, using cnet's bandwidth meter i've got range from 14.1kbps (slower than 28.8K modem!) to 172kbps... on average i've got around 50-70kbps.. equal to a 56K modem connection... well, i guess in indonesia the only advantage using cable connection is that you don't have to pay the ridiculous and sickening phone bills... not for the speed or the stability... / Read more …

personally i have nothing against flash but my computer is... i love looking at any 'well designed' flash website, they are great and give something different. but my computer did not like any kind of flash... yes, with amd k6/2 400 and 64 mb ram it will choke up on any flash website i visit. we (my computer and i) didn't have problem on loading flash (hey, we have cable!) but when the time to process this amazing and magnificent flash movies... it will choke up and losing resource very quickly... sometimes crashing the browser... *sigh* and one thing that / Read more …

after been in jakarta for the past 2 weeks with so little (very little) rain, today i was greeted with rain by my beloved city, bandung... ah, what a sight for me... one thing i love about bandung is the weather... the morning chillness, the cold wind on my face riding a bike and its cool temperature. it just fit for my physical condition (i am allergic to dust, which is many in the hot area). that is one reason of many why i like living in this 'flower city'... =) / Read more …
